Withdrawal Policy
- Request
for withdrawal must be made in writing.
- For
company-sponsored participant, the withdrawal request must be written
by the authorised representative of the company.
- Registered
participant who does not show up for the course will be considered as
"Withdrawal without notice" and no refund will be made for the course.
Refund Policy
Refund
will be made within thirty days from the date of approved refund letter.
